i took this while i was in India, i was travailing with friends from Delhi to Kashmir. when our bus stopped a bunch of beggars came out of nowhere asking for money. and this was one of them.

The contrast between their expressions is arresting. Children are often blatantly honest, while adults are trained by society to display a certain public image. Makes you wonder what's going on here. Excellent capture
